Rebtel: International Calling App Reviews

Hi team, though the app is great but from last couple of days I am unable to connect to calls. I m getting an automated message every time I try to connect that the call can not be completed. Please fix this.

I only just started using Rebtel a few weeks ago in anticipation of a trip to Scotland and Ireland. Ive been using it to make reservations all over and the sound quality has been great. Ive had no problems with connecting.

This app and company is ruined. I cant even update my payment info on the app. It hangs while updating, then actually updates, but partially. Even the website is down! They had to ruin a perfectly working app.

I was so happy with this app and using from 2012. I had some issue and was trying to contact customer service they never replied. They charge different rate to different people and they are charging me double than my friend. This is not fair.. I still didnt get it why ?? They didnt reply my request. And I recommended to my friends and did not get credit for that .. I am gonna stop using this app.

The voice is high quality but the cost of the call need to get down to push up the people to give up the other services such as Tango and Viber

I been using rebtel for more than 3 years it been really helpful to me and my family I would love to rates goes down litlle bit the same way you guys do for any other country I feel my country rate 29 cent a minute is really high

Great for international calls. Easy to use. Ive also used it while traveling abroad. You need great wifi connection for it to work very well though.

Pros: 1. Can call using various ways.. By local call and by Internet 2. Cheap and easy to use Cons: 1. Cannot use Bluetooth devise When call got connected thorough Internet. 2. When I tried to call India home phone, it connected me to home phone and also some other. I can hear some voice message greeting along with my friends/family in India who picked the phone. 3. Customer support.... I dont think it was as good as the calls . The only way to interact with them is through the app. The tickets can be raised but no notifications or we cant see any updates on the tickets. When the ticket is closed no intimation sent to the user before closing.

I like it but sometimes the sound goes slower than you expect otherwise its very good app I recommend it

Awesome app

Awesome app. Works like a charm and wouldnt trade it for another carrier unless cheaper. Very clear and easy connectivity. Love Rebtel and can use local connection.

I have been a Rebtel customer for a few years and the Rebtel app and the rates that Rebtel makes available are amazing. I have referred everyone I know that makes international calls to the company and the app and I would recommend you do the same!!!

This app doesnt work. I suppose to pay only to Rebtel but I got international charge from my cell phone company. I tried to contacts with customer service but no one reply to me. Id like to get money back!!!

Being using Rebtel for a number of years for calls to South Africa and Scotland, from the US (as well as calls from France, UK and SA). Couldnt be happier with the price and convenience. Call quality has always been excellent whether by mobile service or through wi-fi.
